I probably would have not thought about it either but I just had a guy come here yesterday that had a Carat Vanagon that he put the rear seat from a normal Westy into. It looked weird because it had that gap between the seat and the wall. I asked him what that was all about and he said he is going to fabricate some cabinetry for the van to fill up the space. I asked him what happened to his original Carat interior and he said he traded it to his old mechanic for a westy interior but the mechanic only came up with the rear seat/bed. Sometimes you’re the windshield and sometimes you’re the bug.
