The reason for that is that the eBay Motors listing process gives you a bunch of canned choices in the form of pull down list boxes when you create the listing and unfortunately they've lumped all the T1, T2, and T3 Type 2's together as "Volkswagen: Bus/Vanagon". One could, I suppose, harrangue eBay about splitting the T1/T2 from the T3-- not an unreasonable request, as they already list the T4's as "Volkwagen: Eurovan"-- but it's probably a waste of time because they'll likely just roll their eyes and dismiss us as "weirdo VW heads, splitting hairs".
