My $0.02: The TIICO is a 118 hp, 10:1 comp. ratio, 1.8 litre, 2.0 litre head. The motor you've got fits one of these:

Displacement 1781 cc (1.8 L) (109 cu. in.) 1781 cc (1.8L) (109 cu. in.) 1781 cc (1.8L) (109 cu. in.) Bore x stroke 81.0 mm x 86.4 mm (3.19 in. x 3.40 in.) 81.0 mm x 86.4 mm (3.19 in. x 3.40 in.) 81.0 mm x 86.4 mm (3.19 in. x 3.40 in.) Compression Ratio: 9.0:1 9.0:1 9.0:1 Fuel injection type CIS CIS-E Digifant I or II (see notes below) Output 81 HP @ 5500 RPM 93 ft. lbs. @ 3250 RPM 81 HP @ 5500 RPM 93 lb. ft. @ 3250 RPM 83 HP @ xx lb. ft. @

That engine, especially with 80K already on it, IMO, doesn't sound like a good investment for the effort and headache of transferring wiring harness, figuring out an adapter. Sounds to me like you've got a better piece of transportation/2nd car with the Fox than a conversion/transplant candidate. The only "complaint" you seem to have about the Fox now is the vibrating engine, and you're talking about taking that "problem" and putting it in your van?? Opinion: Drive the Fox into the ground, save all the $$ you can for a conversion and use one of the proven- to-work options, whether boxer 2.1L, Subie 2.2, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, TIICO, etc. down the road.

As I said, just my $0.02
