I do not think it would even work on a lawn mower.

An internal combustion engine is basically a giant air pump. How is a tiny 1/10 hp electric motor going to keep up with a 75+ hp engine? Looks like it would be an air restriction more than anything else. ANd how about that tiny air filter? Which, is not included, by the way.
