should I sell engines for the price of the parts without markup? what about my labor and associated time and costs. It takes hours to run a store and costs that are not apparent like phones and insurance. How many hours a day do you think Kens spends chasing parts on the phone chatting with customers and returning Emails, and helping customers That's why he is entitled to a markup he needs to make a living none of us works for free except Ron a the depot just kidding

the paycheck mentality is apparently at work here
