Ken, there is no need to apologize.  If someone doesn't like the way a
certain business does business, then they should take their business
elsewhere.  The most immoral boast a businessman can make is "I didn't
make a profit".  I think that most on this list do not see the various
vendors as their slaves, existing for the benefit of their customers but
no acting for their own benefit.  And BTW, I'd have been interested in
the TV thing if I didn't have one already with the same characteristics
but a better setup and bigger screen.  Keep up the good work, you and
your business are good assets to the VW community.
