Sure looks to me like the needle is resting on the peg. Take a look at the shadows cast from the dash lighting. The poster claimed it went all the way around and PAST the peg, but anyone who 's ever taken a speedo apart knows that's not possible. Even if it was, what do you think the odds are that you'd end up snapping a picture while the needle was EXACTLY where it would also be if you were driving 0 mph? Someone is telling a fish story there.
