While removing the stuff from my 91Gl getting it ready for the tiico install I came across a small wiring harness inbetween my afm and the fuel injection harness. It has the part number 025906302A on it. When I look it up on busdepot it comeback as" wiring harness upgrade, cures bucking on some vanagons $119.00." Is this the factory repair for the vanagon syndrome? Update on the tiico conversion: old motor is out and sold. Today I ordered a rebuilt with taller fourth from Daryl. Really contemplated the 5speed but there is now way in he@# I can hide that from the wife. Plus she didn't like the way the 5speed shift pattern is set up. I was actually surpised at her reaction when told here the tranny I bought today was costing 1,400. She said,"at least it will be all new". I was able to even slide a quick,"I'll replace the cv's also" in there. The van is her daily driver in good weather and is eager to get it back on the road. Its off to go christmas shopping now with the wife for the kids.

Bill
