Your O2 sensor might be clogged up, resulting in a lean reading to your ECU. Try disconnecting your O2 sensor wire from the ECU and seeing if this resolves the problem.

How did you check your airflow meter to see that it's good? Did you calibrate it with some type of emissions device, or a known good O2 sensor?
