Right, two screws, Bentley 58.3 and 58.4, pre-85, one at rear and one
near lock only accessible with door mostly opened, and, post 85, Bentley
58.11, one at rear and one above the big hinge bar.  In both instances,
Bentley notes it may be hard to remove due to the cover having sat in
the groove so long.  It recommends using a plastic wedge and a hammer (
perhaps rubber padded I suggest ), to carefully drive it upwards.

Several years ago I towed a parts van I bought back to Baltimore from NE
PA using a Penske trailer and truck.  It was great and at that time
better equipment than I could find at U-Haul.  I was also able to rent
one-way for considerably less than what U-Haul wanted to charge me.
Can't remember the exact details but I was very pleased with the service
and financial aspects of the deal.
