You can mix the Redline MT90 with whatever oil is in your tranny with no problem. The next time you drain the tranny oil, and refill with MT90 you will have greatly reduced the amount of Dino oil in there.

If you want to get more used gear oil out before putting in the MT90 you might want to try using a turkey baster and a piece of clear plastic tubing and draw it out with the baster.

BTW, change your gear oil every two years. Oil, including synthetics, get their long chain molecules broken over time, and lose the lubing qualities. Happens on all oils of any kind sooner or later. I follow the two year routine on mine, which has the MT90 in it.
