I don't think so. I have some of the newer clips, not yet used, and just went out in the garage and looked at them. You can take something of the proper diameter or a pin punch ( can't think of the proper name right now) and just drive the pin on through. As for the old style with screws, I leave the last couple of threads of the screw inserted and pull the screw and clip out with pliers. Jerry
