seriously tho, the little clips that you push into the lower grille and then
screw the phillips into - theyre all the same from '83.5 - '91.   and yes you
can re-use them.  no drilling necessary.  (i have a 83.5 van and a 90 van here
for parts and the lower rad grille clips are the same)
