I helped one of my friends in NW Connecticut do it while I was up there working.
The toughest part was routing the hydraulics and the shifter shaft.
The part that took the smallest fingers was removing the old master
cylinder and installing the manual one.

fwiw, the halfshafts will need to be changed since the auto uses
unequal length units...and all the mounts/etc will need changed, but
since you have a complete other van to work with, you should be good
to go. :)
