Best set of ramps I ever saw was the ramps they had at a grocery warehouse I used to work at in Little Rock. The shop bought a bunch of 2x12's and nailed/bolted them together in laminated form vertically after cutting the desired ramp angle and calculating what width they needed. To same some wood cost, they left gaps in every other runner. Seems to me if you offset your pieces, you could make a ramp that could hold the whole van in the air safely, but they would be heavy. I know we had hundreds of heavy bob trucks and dual axle delivery trucks up on that lifting ramp over the years and weather ended eating up the wood before the weight of the trucks did.
