Oil consumption not that bad. Most nurn some oil Water loss is bad. Especially if it is leaking into the cylinders. Need to find the leak. Regular additions of water could mean lots of corrosion inside.

Howdy

I am going to take a look at a 1983 Caravelle.

Facts: Uses 1L oil / 1000 km. It seems like it is loosing oil near the camshaft. Bad?

Uses ½ liter water / 1000 km - bad or normal?

Let me hear your opinions.

Happy driving

Jens Jakob Andersen
