Hello,
  This weekend I was put onto a lead of a 86 syncro GL in Grand Rapids MI.
Very little rust but missing engine the inside, was very nice condition
inside. He only wants $500 for it looks like a good TDI project. For anyone
else interested he has 3 more v'gons in various states of condition.
