The most likely scenario is that something is causing your engine to run lean, which is preventing low-speed idle.

Possible causes: - vacuum leak on one of the vacuum line connectors - air intake boot cracked or one of the connections not on good - fuel/air mixture screw on AFM not set properly - air leaking in through black rubber crankcase breather tube due to faulty rubber internal flap in black plastic tower on your crankcase

Other stuff: - injectors might be a bit clogged - There is dirt or other gunk on your throttle valve assembly, possibly internally. Take it out of the van and clean it - your idle switch on the throttle assembly is not set properly or it is malfunctioning (it's engaged at idle, right? You can check it visually and you'll hear a small click..)
