Anyone who is interested in a Carat project, please
p-mail me.

This vanagon is owned by friends of mine that have
been using it as their primary family car for years.

Pros: Vanagon Carat Automatic in Burgundy with the
grey interior, complete except for one of the rear
seat trays. Good running 2.1l, heads done, twice I
think. Original rims, he's always bought properly
rated tires though I don't know how many miles this
set has. Professionally maintained by Autocentro in
Rockville Md. Mucho dollars spent over the years.

Cons: It ain't pretty. About 250,000 miles. Family of
six plus dogs resulting in heavy use of the interior.
Bit of rust near drivers door. Leaking transmission
fluid (but the core was replaced a couple of years
ago).

They don't know how much to ask for the car. I think
it has a high likelyhood of being donated by the end
of the year if someone doesn't make a cash offer.
