Gnarlie - Never mind !! From the moment you put the first mile on your tyres, the fault will reoccur and just grow bigger for every little layer of rubber that wear off ! Are you sure that the pump where you get your diesel is dead accurate ? Or just how much of your fuel that is evaporating ? Youīll never become 100% sure so lean back with the tyres you have and keep on being 39MPG happy and donīt mind about the jelaous "you couldnīt get that mileage 'cause I can't" choir ! Calle - going 30 MPG with a Volvo I4 in the Vanagon ( just kidding, itīs more like 23 which makes me happy ! )
