I have DSL highspeed. But according to those attachments mine is wired for the '85-'91 Vanagon, but I don't need to do the conversion wiring for the Clock to Tach. Mine is already wired this way. I checked a few minuted ago and the Red for the clock is at #5 and the Green for the tach is at #9. I guess I need to check the other end when I get home and make sure that I am connected to the coil.

This is what I have. I don't know what the discrepencie is on the '85 models but if it helps, mine was manufactered 10/84 and was bought and driven in Germany for about a year before it was imported.
