Subject: CV tool name. Got it. Now, what size is it, really?

I am appreciative of the time so many took to offer a clarification about the tool for taking off my CVs.

I think I have enough names that someone will recognize it :-) and if not, I can chase after the Snap-On guy and get it done.

The only mystery that remains is the size of the head, as replies are mixed between 6 and 8mm. The writeup on Volkscafe infers 6mm as well.

It sure looks bigger than six, but I wouldn't mind getting the right one the first time.

Also, assume that when I go into the "cave" to remove the outside joint, if I find hex heads, they will be 6mm? I'm too sore up to be going up and down to chase tools. Once I get under there, I would like to have the right stuff :-)

As always, thanks a lot.

John
