Just a quick note:

I realized that my post may make it look like I'm targetting Ken. I'm not. He
has treated me well in the past. My post was simply a general plea to vendors
to be a little more responsive to customers, especially when they've used
your online form to send questions or have sent multiple emails and left
voicemail for you.
