email is a lazy form of communication.....
I have to disagree  with the above statement.  Email allows both parties
to communicate  when it is convenient.  Having run a small retail store
for five plus  years, the interruptions of phone calls requiring detailed
responses always  come at the wrong time.  The ability to sit down and
review and answer  email at a time that won't be interrupted is a real
blessing, not  lazy.


AMEN !  You wanna know how many times a day I  get out from under a Van
covered in grease, grime and rust to answer the phone  ?  Ha !  You don't wanna
know !  AND, it's always when  you almost have that little tiny screw that is almo
st impossible to get in  place and started that the phone rings.  EVERYTIME !
 Murphy's Law  !  Rita says don't answer the phone, let the machine pick up
and call them  back !  But, I just like talking to you all and hoping I can
help  you !
