No doubt. The base photo is the fifth shot from the top. Note the red car on the quay, the Zodiac tied up to the trawler. Position of the peoples... Where'd the V-gon go?

FWIW, I watched this exact same scene in San Diego about 20 years ago. A couple times. One with a car off Sunset Cliffs (cars full of water are HEAVY) and another on Shelter Island setting a new 42' Hunter into the water. (crane's boom killed the $xxx,xxx boat.)
