195/75/14 is about the closest to stock common size though it is slightly smaller than the stock 185R14 used on 1982 models. 185R14 is a European size, sometimes called a 185/82/14, much taller than your 185/75/14.

The alloy wheel models came with 205/70/14 which is even smaller diameter than 195/75/14 but a different speedo was used to account for the more tire revs/mile. What is the 3 digit number written on the speedo face of your speedo? That number refers to the revs per mile that the cable must turn for the speedo to be right. Tire companies usually give tire revs/ mile specs if you look deep enough.
