It may just be heavily corroded in place.  A little added push pressure may
be needed.  I just had mine out just a few minutes ago on the passenger
side.  Will have to pull a spare off the shelf when I get better light.  The
contacts are corroded off on mine.  Looks like a lot of water has been
getting through the cracked plastic.
