I'll vouch for Ron on this one. Happened to me through a Yahoo email addy I
use. I got frustrated enough to post side-bar query to Ron on this list
about a question I had emailed him some time back and he suggested the
culprit. I checked my Yahoo spam inbox, and lo and behold there it was. I
adjusted the filter (and changed email addresses for my Bus Depot orders)
and all has been well.

Or the other away around. For example, apparantly Yahoo Mail puts a lot of
busdepot email (personal responses to customer inquiries) into the user's
Spam folder (where it might be overlooked) if you have that feature turned
on. Even though we have never sent spam! I learned this after noticing a
pattern of people with yahoo.com email addresses complaining about no reply
to Bus Depot email, even after I sent the same reply three or four times.
When I first learned this, I tried contacting Yahoo about it, but of course
couldn't reach anyone who either knew why we were filtered or even cared.
Then I did some research on Google, and learned that Yahoo's spam filter was
one of the most aggressive and inaccurate, with three times the average rate
of false positives (classifying "real" email as spam). In fact, in an ironic
twist, when the U.S. Government set up the "do not call" list - basically an
anti-spam filter itself, of sorts - Yahoo Mail users had problems signing on
to the list - because Yahoo's spam filter blocked the government email
confirmation of their requests as spam! So at least I know I'm not alone in
this.
So, if you have Yahoo, or other service that may have an overly aggressive
spam filter, check that spam box carefully! I personally use both Ella for
Spam Control and Cloudmark Spambayes - both very accurate - but I still skim
my spam box before deleting anything. Even the best filters have a false
positive now and then.
