Getting that Fiberglass top clean can sometimes bring you into frustration. My best results have been spraying the top down with Wesley's Bleach White tire cleaner and if that doesn't kick it pretty good then I use Dutch Cleaner and a good stiff scrub brush. If you scrub the Wesleys remember to wear sone good quality rubber gloves (That stuff strips you skin oils too). BE ADVISED that Wesley's will strip your wax and streak your paint (temporarily) so cover everything you can with plastic sheeting. Believe me I've had scum so bad from tree sap it was actually flaky like fish scales.
