Hey folks, I've been rethinking my 'fleet', or more accurately 'camper', plan here, and now with four vans filling my driveway I'm trying to decide which one I really want to keep and which one I like most. I think ideally, adding a high-roof to my aging Syncro Westy would suit best, so....I'm offering up any and all of the 'others' FS, as is or ready-to-go: 1986 Adventurewagen Syncro, dark blue/silver trim. Oak cabinetry, new deep-cycle battery, everything works. Needs head gaskets, minor exhaust work, I have all the parts. Will finish all the mechanical repairs or you can have it as is. Rust free and straight west-coast van. 1985 Westy 2WD, chocolate brown, runs and drives but engine tired, totally rust-free straight west coast van, new carpets not installed, 3-window canvas, CD player, extra interior light and fans. Will install a low-mileage 2.1 wbx and clean up most of the details including installing the carpets, or sell as-is. 1984 Dehler Profi German-spec high-roof camper, 2WD, only one of it's kind in the USA that I am aware of. Full camper interior unlike Westfalia, with gas furnace, shower, top-loader fridge, gray- and fresh-water tanks, insulated windows, huge sliding skylight and front moonroof, roller shades instead of curtains, BSS alloy wheels. 1.9 wbx carbureted, FIVE-SPEED tranny, motor good but hasn't been driven in ten years. Rust free body with minor surface rust. You won't find a more unique camper! Needs a fair amount of cosmetic work and such. This one I'll sell only 'as-is'. Call or email me for details beyond my descriptions. I'm open to offers on all. Located in western Maryland, about an hour from DC and Baltimore. Have a great holiday season!
