Oh, don't worry, pretty soon the Chinese will fill the need and we'll be
able to buy them at Harbor Freight for $8.95.
Seriously, the factory Matra ones are machined but anyone with a spare
VW block and a vise and a oxy-acetylene torch could hot bend  one in
about an hour that would fit pretty nicely. I went a step further and
bent 4 little pipes and weled it all to a steel plug that fits into my
nice old quality American engine stand. Not as original or expensive as
a factory one, but reaches all the way to the floor and has several
other advantages!
