The front rotors (oops, you haven't modified your Syncro like I have, so you ONLY have front rotors ;) are held in by a phillips screw. Use the proper size screwdriver to remove it. If it won't budge, don't force it, or you'll have to cut it off, which is a real pain. Once you have removed the screw, the rotors are just held in by friction. Tap them off with a hammer (light taps, please) work your way around, and it should come right off.

South African Big Brakes don't have the screw, and are held on only with friction.
