I see the tank confusion a lot on various lists that have european and north
american members. Was surprised to find that the undercarriage tanks were
actually not legal in some european countries at the time the vans were
made.
On the same side here in the US and Canada both have laws on where anyone
with a propane tank on the vehicle can legally park. Like no below ground
level parking permitted. Yet I see it often.
