Now here's a great idea.

Gut an old pressure cap, thead in a Milton air coupler, and hook up the air hose direct to your air compressor.

Yep, a great idea. Especially if you want to find out how much air it takes to explode every hose and coolant fitting in the system.

Kiss your radiator, heater cores, and your head seals good bye.

Why didn't I think of that?

Forget the Snap on Man and his crummy expensve precission testing tools. They are junk.

I want to blow my cooling system up.

Who let you out of your cage Eric?

RC

I made a tester by using an old cap. also. I removed the valving in the cap, so that air would easily go in. I then added a hose from the cap to my air compressor. This can easily over pressure the system, so you have to be careful.                         Eric
