$200K? Damn, you can't buy a house in Sacramento anymore for $200K and we're 80 miles inland from SF. I moved from San Diego to Sacramento because the pay was better here and homes were affordable. San Diego starter homes are now selling for $400K+. I don't think SF even knows what a starter home is... Cheers, Jeff
