Back in October i had to deploy the cables for the first time-- was at 8500ft in the Uinta Mts south of Evanston WY in my 84 gl which had never felt so 2WD before. They worked REALLY good... was thick wet snow on a dirt road up in a national forest. While navigating carefully out sometimes we would get stuck and stop, but the brick's weight and spinning rear wheels would just dig on down 'til forward velocity was re-acheived. was VERY loud and vibrational on the plowed paved highway though. good luck/ sp |
