2K? 'Twok' is more like the sound of two curling stones smacking together. Speaking of curling, it always amuses me, for some reason, to hear the women going 'Haaarrrrd, haaarrrd girls, harder!'- but that's just me. My wife, who is Canadian, was reading the previous email over my shoulder and automatically and predictably began singing Bob and Doug's version of Twelve Days of Christmas... (fiiiiiiive golden toques...) I call 'em watch caps. The kids that I grew up with in East Tennessee called 'em toboggans. The other things were just sleds. Never figgered that one out. Cya, Robert p.s.: I think he meant took as in rhymes with kook, as opposed to book. ----- Original Message ----- From: "don spence" <dkspence@TELUS.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Tuesday, January 04, 2005 10:29 PM Subject: Re: True Canadian Winter Bus Campout
