I like this picture format of exchanging low-cost used parts. I'm sure a lot of people have spare parts that they would like to see used. However, there's a pretty high barrier to easy exchange because it's a hassle to take out a part, box it for shipping and then work a transaction with another list member. Is there an online service like eBay that can be used to sell parts? eBay is not so good because 1) it's a bidding process; and 2) it's open to the whole world. I think it might be less hassle to have a set price and make the parts available to a more limited group (only list members).
