Funny you should mention a "slipper" shaft...the drive shaft on my Westy Syncro was definitely vibrating. So I pulled it and dropped it off as the core for a rebuilt one from the dealer....I suspect that the one I pulled off (which I knew from the previous owner had been replaced) was one of these so called "slipper" drive shafts. Suffice it to say that even those are not immune to needing replacement. My new(ly rebuilt) drive shaft gives me vibration free driving again. And that makes me a happy camper.
