Don't take off the heads to replace the pushrod seals. Use the
collapsible tubes. I got mine from Ken at vanagain.com Call some of
the list vendors like BusDepot, VolksCafe and see if they have um in
stock. Personally, I wouldn't mess with minor oil drips. I would
just use a drip pan. I changed my pushrod tubes because my hydraulic
lifter was jammed.
I changed two pushrod tubes with collapsible tubes 6 months ago. No
leaks from the tubes yet.
Many other problems with my van, but no oil leaks. ;-)
