You can also go to the hardware store and get a PVC pipe cap with inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the drain cap. Then embed the drain cap in epoxy inside the PVC cap. Jerry

Hi. Itıs new yearıs eve in usually rainy Vancouver. We just returned from a few daysı holidays on the Island with friends and family, and when we got home thought it would be prudent to empty our water tank because it could turn cold enough to freeze something any time now (or not... You never know about winter in Vancouver). When putting the cap back on the outlet under the tank (in front of the left rear tire) I think I may have turned it a bit too far. There is a hairline crack in the cap now. Iım not going to test it by refilling the tank for another couple of months, but just in case itıs leaking when I do, Iım wondering if there is anyone out there who has had to replace that cap, and if so, where did you find the replacement?

Happy New Year, everyone! Katherine
