Good response to all Julia!!

Yes I regularly abuse my Van. Its the only way to R&D modifications. I dont even wash it anymore :) The more mud and nasties; the better.

Something to consider if you are really against holes is the gooseneck mounting to the center vent distributor. 90% of Vans have these that are the same. If you drill holes and want to sell it later without the extra goodies; you can probably just go to the junk yard and pick one up for a few bucks and snap it in place of the one with holes.
