Thanks Ben I am going to chjeck into this when the weather clears. It has been raining on and off since I discovered the leak. Although I think that the oil leak is coming from the core side and not the head. The coolant leak just appeareded recently. But oil has been leaking from around the oil pump area possibly the filter area for a while and was definately more pronounced than the push rod tube seals. I don't know what to make of it yet. I guess I really need to get in there and clean it all and try again to locate the problem.

But to answer my question the heads have to be removed to replace the pushrod tube seals unless I use the collapsable type, correct? Where can I find these?
