Sorry for being off topic again. Just wanted to add perspective to this. My friend's house a few blocks away went up in value $275K in the past 3 months. It is a 2500 sqft 5 bedroom/3 bath home in a SF suburb. It's newer but nothing special. Two Vanagons in the driveway.
