As far as real estate prices in CA go, I hope you boys
are enjoying your bubble. Increasing $275k in three
months?  Sounds like a Dot-Com.

My place in Idaho was $80k and there's a $30k Vanagon
Syncro Westy (that doesn't run yet) in the garage.
Maybe Eric has a point.
