You can carry just liability  - try that on a house

Property taxes donΉt go up because of somebodies idea of a good project for
taxing

No covenant saying I can only paint or refurb with board permission
according to rules by the few

My vanagons insurance doesnΉt double because my value went up 50 percent.

DonΉt have to keep the grass cut (or alive)

No weeds to control

DonΉt like the sun hitting that side (turn it around)

I donΉt like the neighborhood..move on

The neighborhood donΉt like me...move on

No door to door saleman...

No trash ads stuck to my door

Get to watch wild life rather than tolerating it.

Change neighbors occasionally.

No dogs in the trash (just coyotes, bears, raccoons, possums, etc)
