Lobro - Nr. 6 152 12 75 00 505 is the PN and, as Warren says, the grease tube comes with the boot. The tube says it's 80 grams of grease, if "amount" helps, enough for one boot. If I remember correctly, I got this "spare" one from Ken at Vanagain several months ago. John at Aircooled.net also has quick-shipping boots of good quality.
