Perhaps none at all. Moles are nearly blind and sometimes run the wrong direction. furthermore, it is very hard to train them to respond to :Avante! On a serious note: are there any steel wheel out there to allow 15" tires on a 2wd Vanagon? Eurovan, maybe.Or are they are the wrong offset?

Eurovan 15" wheels work just fine. No mods neccessary.
