Chris, I've been wanting to know more about the tranny/engine connection in these. but NO ONE seems to know anything.. I know we can get 'parts' from mexicao.. heck we get parts from all over the world

I would be interested if the H2o microbus uses a bellhousing like a late TII tranny and what flywheel/pressure plate.. for those of use 'conversion minded.. or me with my baja I would be very interested in a mexican conversion ... but again NO ONE knows anything about these... or their parts..

and alas I live mucho too far away in Upstate snow bound NY. to take a drive/trip across the border and scout out some nifty new VW parts...

So I just got back from Tulum. All over the place are cool Mexi manufactured Veedubs that aren't sold here. I also saw a whole bunch of fairly new looking old style microbusses that had actual radiators on the front. Does anyone know if these are actually watercooled or were those radiators for AC's? CD
