I love this list, curmudgeons and all. What a great bunch of people (and no Im not being sarcastic) I've decided to go ahead and have Alan Peterson install a 2.2 soob in it and a German Transaxle VC. Then a new radiator for insurance purposes, maybe my Audi 15 inch wheels, and call it good and put it on ebay. Ill let someone else install the syncro.org springs and old man's, although Im going to have Al hike it back up with the factory springs. Oh by the way, since we were talking real estate (another overpriced commodity here in Seattle) I'd thought 'Id mention that I cant afford my 600k view house either, but that's why I have renters. In SFO it be worth what Ben Tan's garage is worth, about $800 k, not counting the exotic porche's and the DOKA 16... :)
